- 1 cut up fryer
- 1 can cream of asparagus soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can of water
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 stick of butter
- salt and pepper
Combine soups and water in large sauce pan. Add butter and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add rice. Pour mixture over seasoned rabbit in a 3 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 300 for 2 hours or until rice is tender.
