"Jack" Rabbit
Equal parts Jack Daniels, Dijon Mustard, & Soy Sauce (approximately 3/4 cup each for 1 fryer). Dash of Worcestershire Sauce. A good helping of Green Onions. Marinade a couple hours (approximately 4, NOT too long). Grill on low until cooked all the way through (160-170*F). This is an adaptation of a recipe I used for several years on chicken before we started raising rabbits for meat. You can marinade chicken slightly longer (up to overnight). |
