Basil Garlic Rabbit Alfredo w/ Penne
Start by seasoning the rabbit and wrapping in foil. Roast at 350*F for 45 min-1 hr (or until 170*F internal temp). Remove from the oven and debone (I like to let it cool, easier to debone).
Mix the Starter, Cream/Milk, Parmesan, and Garlic in a 2 quart sauce pan. Bring to a boil on medium heat stirring periodically, add the rabbit meat and turn down the heat.
Bring large pot of water to a boil, add penne pasta, turn down heat. Cook until al dente (approximately 11 min, check packaging cooking directions). Strain pasta and rinse with cool water.
Combine pasta and sauce, and enjoy!
Goes well with garlic artisan bread.
