- Fryer Rabbit
- Melted butter
- BBQ Sauce of Choice
- Chopped Pecans
Cut up rabbit as for frying, brushed with butter, sprinkled with salt and pepper. Into the oven at 300 for 30 min, baste with butter from bottom of pan mixed with store bought bbq - back into oven turned down to 250 for 30 min, baste again and sprinkle with chopped pecans - back into oven till done (about 30 more min or 160 degrees in thickest piece).
